Isto acontece porque h\u00e1 padr\u00f5es de pensamentos, que chamamos de \u201ccren\u00e7as irracionais\u201d, ou seja, pensamentos baseados nas nossas expectativas e que n\u00e3o tem nenhum compromisso ou correspond\u00eancia com a realidade.&nbsp; Isto \u00e9 mais comum do que imaginamos e todo mundo faz ou pensa assim em algum momento da vida.&nbsp;<strong>Como identificar?&nbsp;<\/strong>Uma dica simples \u00e9 observar se voc\u00ea \u00e9 daquelas pessoas que costuma se impor a fazer v\u00e1rias coisas em curto espa\u00e7o de tempo. Se voc\u00ea comumente pensa nesta possibilidade, voc\u00ea \u00e9 uma grande candidata a ter o jeito de pensar que gera stress mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As palavras chave s\u00e3o: planejamento e viabilidade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Se for necess\u00e1rio fazer v\u00e1rias coisas num determinado e restrito per\u00edodo de tempo, planejamento e viabilidade v\u00e3o depender da&nbsp;<strong>prioridade.&nbsp;<\/strong>Por exemplo: se voc\u00ea precisa fazer 5 coisas em 1 hora , como: abastecer o carro, pegar roupa na Lavanderia, ir ao Banco pagar um boleto, comprar alguma coisa no Supermercado e colocar uma carta no Correio, o que seria a prioridade? Ir ao banco, porque o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento dele \u00e9 mais restrito e voc\u00ea deve come\u00e7ar por ele. Mas se vem o pensamento: n\u00e3o \u00e9 meu caminho o Banco primeiro, e sim a Lavanderia ou o Posto de Gasolina, mesmo assim, v\u00e1 ao Banco primeiro. \u00c9 a forma de come\u00e7ar pelo que \u00e9 a prioridade do momento, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao tempo e replanejar os demais afazeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por que \u00e9 importante planejarmos de forma adequada e conseguirmos alcan\u00e7ar nosso objetivos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque isto d\u00e1 a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de autoestima, de que somos competentes e capazes. Ao contr\u00e1rio disto, se n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7amos o que almejamos teremos a&nbsp;<strong>frustra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;que vai gerar&nbsp;<strong>baixa da autoestima<\/strong>&nbsp;e consequente&nbsp;<strong>aumento do stress.&nbsp;<\/strong>O que pode estar acontecendo para a n\u00e3o realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma cren\u00e7a irracional de um planejamento mal feito ou despreparo para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o daquilo que imaginava ter.
