A t\u00e9cnica visa ao relaxamento muscular e mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Modo de fazer o relaxamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pode ser realizado sozinho ou acompanhado, em casa ou no trabalho. A&nbsp;<strong>\u00fanica contraindica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9 para os pacientes que tem dificuldades respirat\u00f3rias ou que fazem uso de bal\u00e3o de oxig\u00eanio<\/strong>, porque a t\u00e9cnica utiliza a respira\u00e7\u00e3o mais profunda, portanto mais longa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sente-se numa cadeira confort\u00e1vel, encoste bem as costas e deixe pernas e p\u00e9s paralelos;<\/li><li>Coloque suas m\u00e3os sobre os joelhos e feche seus olhos;<\/li><li>Respire sempre devagar e profundamente, inspirando lentamente e expirando num tempo maior que a inspira\u00e7\u00e3o para soltar todo ar;<\/li><li>Imagine uma \u201cluz branca\u201d que vai da ponta da sua cabe\u00e7a \u00e0s pontas dos seus p\u00e9s. Durante o relaxamento essa &#8220;luz branca&#8221; vai passear sobre o seu corpo da cabe\u00e7as aos p\u00e9s;<\/li><li>Comece imaginando esta luz na cabe\u00e7a, depois passando para o pesco\u00e7o, ombros, bra\u00e7os, tronco e cintura, depois pernas e p\u00e9s.
