Dizemos que o stress est\u00e1 intimamente relacionado ao Sistema Cardiovascular, porque todo est\u00edmulo que ameace ou modifique o nosso equil\u00edbrio emocional, gera stress no organismo. Isto \u00e9 sentido nas altera\u00e7\u00f5es, por exemplo, do ritmo e da frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stress e emo\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br>\u00c9 comum associarmos a ideia de que uma pessoa que sofre do cora\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode sentir emo\u00e7\u00f5es fortes. Por que? Justamente pela rea\u00e7\u00e3o fisiol\u00f3gica que uma emo\u00e7\u00e3o causa no Sistema Cardiovascular. O Cora\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser reconhecido, neste sentido, como o \u00f3rg\u00e3o representante maior das emo\u00e7\u00f5es, porque \u00e9 nele a modifica\u00e7\u00e3o maior e imediata. Quando ficamos assustados, tristes ou irritados \u00e9 nosso corpo o substrato destes sentimentos. Ent\u00e3o podemos compreender que expressamos nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s do corpo. Quando falamos delas, estamos tentando nomear sentimentos, atrav\u00e9s do comportamento verbal. Mas, identificar emo\u00e7\u00f5es e nome\u00e1-las \u00e9 sempre secund\u00e1rio ao processo de sent\u00ed-las. O cora\u00e7\u00e3o sempre revelar\u00e1 uma emo\u00e7\u00e3o, mesmo antes de percebemos ou nome\u00e1-la. Quando estamos vivenciando quaisquer emo\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 o nosso cora\u00e7\u00e3o o \u00f3rg\u00e3o imediatamente solicitado. Por isto se sofrermos de hipertens\u00e3o arterial pr\u00e9via, por exemplo, ela poder\u00e1 subir e colocar em risco a nossa sa\u00fade. \u00c9 importante considerar que tanto uma emo\u00e7\u00e3o boa quanto uma ruim s\u00e3o capazes de alterar o funcionamento cardiol\u00f3gico. Por isto, o cuidado com a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica em geral, mas principalmente, neste caso, a cardiol\u00f3gica, \u00e9 o que vai ajudar e ter mais qualidade de vida psicol\u00f3gica tamb\u00e9m. \u00c9 essencial considerar que s\u00f3 podemos modificar comportamento, a partir do reconhecimento das nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, para isto \u00e9 preciso senti-las num corpo saud\u00e1vel e responsivo a elas. O problema ent\u00e3o \u00e9 n\u00e3o poder se emocionar com seguran\u00e7a. Pense nisto e cuide da sa\u00fade cardiol\u00f3gica e psicol\u00f3gica.
