Os estudos sobre esse estilo de dieta mostram o qu\u00e3o ben\u00e9fica ela \u00e9 para nossa sa\u00fade. E um dos grandes componentes da dieta do mediterr\u00e2neo \u00e9 o consumo de leite integral e de seus derivados (queijos e iogurte, principalmente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estudo recente avaliou em mais de 60mil indiv\u00edduos (FORCE project) a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o no sangue e no tecido gorduroso de 3 gorduras (acidos graxos) que tem origem em derivados l\u00e1cteos e o risco de desenvolver diabetes ao longo de at\u00e9 20 anos de acompanhamento. Os pacientes com maior quantidades dessas gorduras no organismo, que reflete maior consumo de leite e derivados, tiveram at\u00e9 35% menos risco de desenvolver diabetes, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o grupo com menores concentra\u00e7\u00f5es dessas subst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguramente esse estudo serve como alerta para o consumo de leite e derivados, embora ainda n\u00e3o seja sinal verde para deixarmos nas gondolas dos supermercados as vers\u00f5es de baixos n\u00edveis de gorduras.
