Por\u00e9m o excesso do colesterol ruim (LDL) na corrente sangu\u00ednea pode se acumular nas paredes das art\u00e9rias formando placas e levando a doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas. A boa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o tem o poder de auxiliar, reduzindo o mau colesterol no sangue, evitando inflama\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentando o bom colesterol (HDL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os alimentos mais indicados para auxiliar a reduzir o colesterol ruim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Carnes magras: aves (galinha, peru), peixes (salm\u00e3o, sardinha, cavala, atum), carnes de boi (magras) e ovos. Preparar as carnes grelhadas, assadas ou cozidas<\/li><li>Alimentos que cont\u00e9m gorduras saud\u00e1veis: azeite de oliva extra virgem, abacate, castanhas, nozes e sementes de linha\u00e7a, quinoa, chia, gergelim e girassol<\/li><li>Vegetais, frutas e leguminosas: alimentos ricos em fibras que auxiliam a reduzir a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de colesterol ruim pelo nosso organismo. Al\u00e9m das fibras os vegetais e frutas possuem minerais e vitaminas antioxidantes que auxiliam na prote\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso corpo, retardando o envelhecimento e evitando doen\u00e7as. Portanto consumir br\u00f3colis, repolho, r\u00facula, alface, agri\u00e3o, escarola, cebola, alho, espinafre, couve, alcachofra, berinjela, feij\u00e3o, ervilha, lentilha e soja.
