Mas melhores resultados s\u00e3o atingidos com m\u00ednimo de 150 min semanais para exerc\u00edcios de intensidade moderada idealmente divididos em 30 min 5x por semana ou 75 min por semana se de acentuada intensidade .<br>Hoje sabemos que exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bicos como correr nadar, andar de bicicleta associados \u00e0 exerc\u00edcios resistidos como a muscula\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os que trazem os maiores benef\u00edcios.<br>Importante lembrar que na maioria dos pacientes n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via antes de exerc\u00edcios de baixa ou moderada carga, porem para indiv\u00edduos maiores de 45 anos para mulheres e de 55 anos para homens essa conduta \u00e9 prudente e necess\u00e1ria, bem como para aqueles com inten\u00e7\u00e3o de realizar exerc\u00edcios de alta carga ou que apresentam fatores de risco como diabete, hipertens\u00e3o, fumantes,historia familiar de doen\u00e7a card\u00edaca entre outros.<br>Caso voc\u00ea apresente sintomas como tonturas, dor no peito,sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de desmaio, falta de ar ou outros durante o exerc\u00edcio deve realizar uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o clinica e dependendo do caso, se submeter a exames complementares antes de praticar exerc\u00edcio.
